Mperience Privacy Policy

Personal data are collected and managed under prescriptions of Italian Privacy Law (D. lgs. 196/2003). Concerning collection and management of personal data regarding users who explore the Sites or which request data transmission services from the internet address "www.mperience.com", according to the Article 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/03, Mperience S.r.l informs you that:

1) data voluntary provided, included e-mail addresses, will be collected and managed only for the purpose of providing requested information and services;

2) data provided will not be used for a different purpose without the explicit consent of the user.

Personal data will be collected and managed with computerized tools for the time necessary to accomplish the purpose for which they have been provided by the user, and the related computer supports will be protected by the adoption of opportune security measures as prescribed by the D. Lgs. 196/03, particularly by the addendum B of the Legislative Decree 196/03 "Technical disciplinary about security measures".

Users are liable for accuracy and truth of the data sent to Mperience S.r.l.

Users at any time are entitled to rights defined by the Article 7 of D. Lgs 196/03, namely, they have right to know the origin of data, to know the purpose of management, to verify accuracy of their data and to ask for an update, a correction or an integration of their personal data, according to the conditions specified by the Italian Privacy Law.

Pursuant to and in accordance with the same Article of Italian Privacy Law, users have the right to ask for deletion, change in anonymous of their personal data and restriction of data management for law violation. They can deny to Mperience s.r.l. the right to manage personal data for proper reasons too.

We underline that the Sites use Google Analytics, a web analysis tool provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics use "cookies", small text files which are stored on the computer of users to make analysis on how Sites are used. Information provided by cookies on the use of Sites by users (included their IP address) will be sent to, and stored on the Google's servers in USA. Google will use collected information either to track and analyse the use of Sites, provide reports on the Sites activities to Mperience S.r.l. and provide more services on the use of Sites and Internet. Google can send those information to third parties where it is stated by the Law or where third parties manage those information on the behalf of Google. Google will not link the IP address of users to any other data managed by Google. You can refuse to accept cookies by selecting the right option on your browser, but this could make Sites not properly running on your browser. Using the Sites, users provide explicit consent to the management of their data by Google for the specified purposes.

A relevant summary of privacy policy will be reported on the Sites onwards or shown on web pages devoted to accept requests for specific services.
